Seit dem Jahr 2000 ist die Universal Brass Band Mitglied des St. Galler Blasmusikverbandes, und spätestens nach der Verlegung des Vereinssitzes nach Wil darf sich die Band sicherlich als waschechter Wiler Verein bezeichnen.
