Greater New York Youth Band

The Greater New York Youth Band leaves Wednesday, March 26, 2006 for a tour of Italy.

Since it’s inception in 1960, the Greater New York Youth Band has been a musical and evangelical force in the New York area.

The Youth Band has ministered all across the United States and other parts of the world, which include Spain, Argentina, Canada, Scotland, Holland and England.

It has also been a training ground for some of the army’s best musician’s. Most notably, Philip Smith, now principal trumpet in the New York Philharmonic and Stephen Bulla who is Staff Arranger for the President’s Own Band in Washington D.C.

The band’s mission is to play God inspired music for His glory and to encourage people to seek God through the music that we bring.Please be sure to check all aspects of our site and send us your comments to keep you coming back.
